Let’s see when the listing will be completed. It’s been an arduous process for Craig to push the procedure forward. They flagged completion for the next quarter so anywhere 1 April to end of June. All depends on SEC feedback and questions. Since it’s not a formal IPO it should go quicker than the process that LITM went through (formal IPO).

I think a bigger milestone is the AIDA progress on planned toll road. The first 15 miles is already in the state budget and we know that it is planned for next month to get an update on sign of for the full road.
