Keep in mind there are three Nasdaqs... Nasdaq Global select markets, Nasdaq global markets & Nasdaq Capital markets. I have no doubt the board is targeting the Nasdaq Capital market which isn't as tough to get into yet requires a SP of USD1 minimum
