I understand why some shareholders sold after the announcement of this dud deal. I don't like this proposed deal because it runs counter to what should have occurred: an in specie distribution so each shareholder maintained control of their holding rather than having it diluted without any direct and immediate benefit.
I wonder if the directors will get a special bonus issue of SLR shares for such clever management? Perhaps a change of name to Snow Flake Resources is now in order.
