The key element is completing the NI 43-101 Technical Report describing the resource.

They've been working on it since March.

Let's assume much of the background information has already been drafted and now the focus is on inserting the data for the Mineral Resource estimate. I think reasonable for 3-4 weeks for the full draft to be completed. Then allow 2-3 weeks for technical review and rework ( reasonable for a report of 200-300 pages). That to me would suggest this document might be ready in final publishable form sometime in September.

Then there are all the regulatory filings required. This documentation could be prepared in parallel to the technical work above. Once documentation is ready, perhaps assume 1-2 months address comments from the TSX-V. I'm therefore thinking optimistic timeframe is October to November. Could push out into January if any comments as part of regulatory review are especially onerous.

The standard for disclosure to TSX-V is here - this has all the rules about disclosure of technical information to the exchange.

From other 43-101s for emergent miners, it's reasonable to expect the Technical Report will be in the order of 200-300 pages. The report for Rock Tech Lithium is a good example:

It's the roadshow period in Canada I'm looking forward to, which could be in the October to November timeframe based on my thoughts above. Would assume they have been doing some background marketing via the presentation released to market on 25 June. The roadshow will be critical for a successful IPO.
