I disagree somewhat. I think management having skin in the game, and a significant amount too, means our objectives are aligned. I think the spin off and separate listing is a good way to fund the project while reducing dilution in NVA on the ASX.
They have already stated that they have had offers to buy/invest in the project from the USA. We are early stages.
Lithium has taken a hit lately and this is probably more responsible for the recent sell down than anything else.
Longer term hold here so also a lot of retail holders probably jumping ship rather than tie up capital, which is fair enough.
