I believe this is a truly company defining moment for MSB. When shafted once again by the FDA, what did we do? We not only claimed we would challenge their decision through the dispute process, but we also shafted them in return, by making a move (that was preempted far in advance) that shows the FDA that we just don’t need them, and that the rest of the world needs us anyway, with or without the corrupt FDA. This is an ‘up yours!’ moment for the company, and I’m astonished that we are not back to $4-$4.50 at least on this announcement.
