This will hopefully satisfy the corrupt FDA to allow Rem-L move forward.
Here is the best analogy I can use to illustrate what this means for MSB. Think of MSB as a legitimate non-Chinese company trying to gain approval to sell their legitimate product in China. Think of Novartis as a Chinese company with links to CCP. Think of FDA as the CCP.
Now you can see what this means for MSB.
