Put your cash in to see more of the IP of the molecule in development and so you can have first dibs at a directors seat (for more capital of course) without risking your own share price Many small biotechs have Big Pharma sitting on the register with 15% of the company and a seat at the table. How fortunate are we to get such approval from Novartis
