No, if they doubled it, it would be 2c each half. It's highly unlikely they'd quadruple it. Doubt the franking would be available. I'd expect the dividend to increase slowly and hence, the gap to NTA to decrease slowly. I'd leave this one for another 24-36 months and then buy in.
