Cant help thinking that WMI is now trading at too much of a premium to NTA. This same situation occurred when the stock was trading at $1.51 and the NTA was something like 25-30 cents less and I sold half my holding. It was absolute yonks before the SP reached my sell price again. The premium now, just appears too much over NTA and I am contemplating it again. I did top up in he SPP but if I recall, that was at $1.39 ? It’s moved a lot in a short period and as Geoff says, it’s good to buy a $ for 80 cents. Apart from the expectation of future gains, a hopefully increasing dividend, and the cash rates being so low, can anyone talk me out of it ? Altho with the reasons above, I guess I have already provided the ammunition......
