It’s a tough one. Everything inflated as money is so cheap.
I’ve accumulated a bit of cash in my portfolios for the same reason. I have been increasing exposure to property and property managers tho. I think some retail REITs are oversold and industrial have good prospects. Very wary of office tho. I also have direct holdings of small caps and mid caps - but I don’t think that type of investment suits many who hold WMI. Search my posts if you’re interested in these.
