Mel is smart and a very nice bloke but as has proven time and time again in recent times his timeframes tend to stretch out ... it’s the nature of the industry currently, shortages of labour, equipment .... and with shortages comes rising costs.

I am sticking with the June qtr, April,may, June.

Sorry Wassa, Not rational,no figures to support this view, just a shot in the dark with a bit of scaremongering thrown in.
