offtake is simply an agreement to take product under terms of the agreement. Payment up front, commonly known as prepayment, is used as alternative finance in some situations. It is repaid in production. This is not an offtake agreement but can come in combination with one. They have a facility for 20+m with Trafi, undrawn and available. Personally I think the chance of a CR with available cash and credit already available is remote, and more probable is by CY 2nd half next year, they will be trying to figure out what to do with all thextra cash coming in. I wouldn’t be surprised with 15-20m a quarter coming on by then. Dyor
