    10m of 20m royalties already in a trust fund. Have over AUD20m indrawn facility which mgmt said may draw down for remainder royalty payment and almost 25m cash in bank. CR not going to happen. Royalty matter is settled. New mining commencing shortly at Syndicate. Thalanga will be back on track after this quarter. Blue skies ahead.
