    That's true I guess I can imagine him soon making a bit more of an effort at presentations to say he likes this one and his buying it etc

    Whilst not Wilson funds they did that to some extent with future gen funds as he was on the board, although no buybacks when they traded more than 20% discount.

    The harder part this time around with this argument though is that in the last year WAM premium is slipping fast, WAR and wam alternatives have gone to sizeable discounts. Performance across all the funds seems to be getting weaker if anything, although I think WAM Leaders might be doing a decent job last time I checked.
    Also the dividend outlook for likes of WAM and WGB is looking a little shakier. The biggest risk is any need to reduce the dividend outlook. Since these funds haven't been tempting for me to buy I haven't really examined the possibility or not of dividend cuts.
