Tim, cash at the moment is king ! I wish I was 35% in cash ! If you can’t see anything worth buying or if the trend line is down, which would you spend your cash ? The wise thing to do is to be cashed up and wait for the market (or your target stocks) (and don’t forget WAR is after LICs etc) to show some sign of recovery and start the trend up ? I haven’t got WAR because I invest in the LICs directly, but sure wish I was out of some of them and sitting on 35% cash !
