Out of interest, do you think I am on the right track regarding them not moving on PNR in the near term?
They could obviously do it, even with a 50% premium, the company would be worth less than $1b. But... timing is important and WGX script IMHO, is stupidly cheap. I assume now that WGX has the ground around PNR, any other acquirers have to take that into account and not being able to bank on the synergies WGX would have (I guess I am saying... PNR is a bit stuck, other than it doing what it should be doing, making a lot of money!).
