IMO you may not be too far off the mark here darren.
If there is a price break out, the board would want to take advantage of that, maximising capital and minimising dilution.
But not sure about timing, could be end of next year, depending on what deals are n pipeline.
Ill be happy with cap raise over $4, but $5 would be ideal, especially if the plan is to accelerate discreet
