    I think the best outcome would be a third party taking over both VEN and MEL. Both of them are inefficient. MEL doesn't operate any assets. VEN's management is not doing good job and get paid too much IMO

    Since the IPO, VEN is down around 85%. Last year, Gibbin's base salary was up from 343k to 400k. Apart from the poor share price performance, poor communication and delays, he seems to be doing something right as he keeps collecting share based remuneration.
