It seems as though PO3 management is working very diligently to realise the enormous potential of the technology.
As they slowly reveal more and more of what they've achieved, the stock will be re-rated.
Now is the time to accumulate, as when the world finally wakes up to what PO3 has; given the tightness of the capital structure, trying to build a stake in the company will cost multiples of the current price.
