While the delay does offer some hope that Novitas is considering the information in more depth than in the past it is not a given that we are going to get the answer we would want. Although the fact that Novitas is also consulting with CMS also points to the acknowledgement that it is getting further input from the organization that actually pays for the tests.
I am slightly hopeful that the fact that there is consultation going on at least provides a bit more of a glimmer.
