SO this may be interesting to keep in mind for the future ...........

Before this transaction the Top 20 shareholders accounted for 61% of shares on issue; the largest holder being Doux Argent at 38.3%. Everyone else owns 39%. We can assume that the most likely and active traders are in that 39%.

After the new shares are issued it seems that Novo and Eric Sprott will each hold 8.17% and being the 2nd and 3rd largest holders. Unless Doux Argent purchases more; their holding will be reduced to 30.8% and the Top 18 (incl DA) will drop from 60% to 48.25% (again, on the assumption that non purchase more).

Adding back in our two new best friends at 8.17% each, the Top 20 will soon hold 64.6%; and everyone else 35.4% - so with fewer in the most active traders group it may become a bit harder to buy at a good price as time goes by. IF any of the other top 18 add to their holdings then the Top 20 will hold even more. Should our new friends each exercise their 10m Options then it will all tighten up similarly a g a i n.
