The papers containing the contractual agreement between Farno and De Grey will no doubt be extensive, so it’s difficult for anyone here to give you a definitive answer.
That legal document may in fact make reference to conglomerate-hosted gold, and if so, it would not be necessary to define it as alluvial or not.
