I am dirty on this. I think we were not told the full story at the time of the capital raising. Now they have funds in the bank they are going back and "reviewing the priorities." To go from 18 to 44 then from the day of the capital raise corkscrewed back to 13.5 on massive insto selling makes you ask the question.....what aren't we being told. The market at the end of the day is pretty efficient and believe me the market is speaking. This has been junked!
