Because, despite all the recent talk about disclosure, communication, supporting the SP etc., the Board and JG have once again buried price sensitive information within another ann. They have not listened to the shareholders even though they have withdrawn Resolution 3 from the EGM tomorrow. The news that the Tox results have been recieved and are going to be presented at the AACR should have been announced in a separate announcement. How many more of the Board come up for reelection at the next AGM? They had better pull their fingers out before then because the Triaxial shareholders will probably have another 20m NRT shares to vote with by then.
