Looking at the chart, someone in the past week spat the dummy and 80+m shares were traded during the week ( Note: I'm not saying someone sold 80+ million), and price went down, so I'm guessing a major holder and yet no sub notice change - yet - Could be one shortly IMO.
Great sign when price has been declining for a while and there's a huge volume sell off. sets up the following bounce. 61c to 81c in 2 weeks. Nice !
