    Using target quantities:

Riverside - 20,000 tpa (FULLY ALLOCATED)
    Kore - 12,000 tpa
    Panasonic - 2,500 tpa
    Stellantis - 5,500 tpa

That leaves a deficit, allocated to Greenfield - 30,000 tpa (20,000 ALLOCATED)
Stellantis - 13,666 (remainder of target)
    PowerCo - 6,400

So there is around 20,000 tpa already allocated to Greenfield based on binding contracts -- assuming Kore will eventually require the 12,000 tpa. If you add in the non-binding LG deal (5k tpa) then the figure sits at around 25,000 tpa out of the 30. That is more than 80% allocated, or 66% if you remove the LG side.

The next move will hopefully (and probably?) be Panasonic extending quantities and LG locking in a binding offtake. The company will also need to provide to the loan office how they will bridge the remaining figure left outside the loan (eg 70% loan, 30% required), so definitely still some work to do to finalise.
