A CR isn't necessarily a bad thing, especially if it funds further development or looks to fast track construction. Those staffing and admin costs are eye watering. You'd struggle to find those costs at companies that are producing, let alone one that is hanging around waiting for a government handout.
i hope NVX succeeds, or atleast trends high enough to get my money back, but there's alot of headwinds which we all can't ignore.
