If you think after revising up an SPP from $5m to +$20 and a week later booting your CEO is a well run company with confidence in the board and management I cant give you more of a red flag. Its disgusting & deceitful, it might in time be fine but you have absolutely no idea on that. They are yet to deliver commercial graphite, and got rid of co founder - basically throwing him out the door. The disclosure should have been 5 pages long. I hope it goes well, just cant put my hard earned at risk whilst we guess what's next. Does Phillips 66 stay? who owns that relationship?
