My view is that this change can be on account of 1 of these 3 reasons
a) Zhanna either is being assigned to another critical Assignment/Project/Company Board
b) She is leaving P66 for whatever reason or taking a sabbatical etc to manage personal life
c) NVX is working on something where Suresh's expertise is needed and he is a better fit compared to Zhanna. This better fit is a term that can also be used in events Zhanna hasnt been able to achieve what she was sent to achieve. (Sorry bit harsh when we put it that way)
My view is that this change can be on account of 1 of these 3...
