Any announcement at this point will only be a very temporary pump for the traders. In order for this sinking ship to actually change its course, there would need to be a very specific announcement with fixed deadlines, with binding agreements, and concrete figures. Something that would indicate that meaningful revenue is on the way and not only that but profitability along with it. NVX cannot afford to be a money burning business for much longer, so a little revenue spike with continuing massive losses is not going to cut it.

That being said, I don't see any of it happening. Then again, I have seen stranger things happen, but I definitely wouldn't put my money into such risk:reward ratio.
