I think that is the biggest confusion at the moment....I can only guess that it may be a legal reason not to do the automatic conversion.. who knows.
Yet, I see that NVNXF holders have started the process of conversion, while some of them decide to sell NVNXF and re-buy NVX to avoid all the hassles, which may explain some part of the SP drop last night. Others just hold NVNXF, who would eventually convert or just sell them. IMO
