AFAIK, there is no automatic conversion from the NVNXF OTC to NVX ADR.
(NASDAQ:NVX is a level 2 ADR. Maybe a level 3 ADR would automatically convert? Don't know...)

The ADR from OTC conversion would incur a 1-time fee (~$7.00 AUD per 400 OTCs)
The ADR then charges an annual maintenance fee per-share owned (~$0.07 AUD annual per 4 OTCs)
Unlike the OTC, the ADR does not have a per-order fee, so it's easier to move smaller volumes of ADR more frequently, if that's your jam.
Both would still pay dividends, if that ever came to pass.

For me, the investment timeline and math currently make sense to stick with the OTC.
I think USA really needs local battery tech, and Novonix seems to be well positioned to deliver, so I'm in for the long haul!
Although there is lots of volatility currently, that's global politics IMO, and not a change in the company's fundamentals.
