It's pretty clear from the "Key Deal Terms" in the announcement that NVX will be providing 40% of the funding -
TAQAT will hold a 60 percent equity stake in the JV vehicle and NOVONIX will hold a
40 percent stake with each party contributing their share of operating and capital costs
for engineering and subsequent facility construction and operation.
It's pretty clear from the "Key Deal Terms" in the announcement...
