    Spot on @axle84. As Chris said in the new Finance News Network (thanks @Maximus23) interview, Novonix will leverage support from the Saudi government. "Very attractive" "low cost debt" which "limits equity contribution in terms of actual capital off our balance sheet". Big pat on the back for Liveris.

    No dilution required.
