Bloody hell, when I find myself actually agreeing with the typical, agenda-driven HC poster you know something is wrong.
Unfortunately though, kok is on the money. An agreement to purchase? Is this the same company that has struggled to demonstrate any transparency at all for the last 24 months -- yet they feel this warrants a separate release on the same day they release a quarterly? Sigh. Noise.
And the quarterly is same old, citing 'progress towards' -- essentially the same line we have been thrown for a number of years. What I can't understand is why on earth they are spending more than 3m (USD) on R&D. I can't imagine this is for anything other than their battery division and should I be right, I can't fathom how they think it is acceptable and worthwhile pissing that much money down the drain -- particularly with the doom and gloom surrounding the industry at the moment.
Absolutely ludicrous.
