The Trump admin bragging about a success does not equal endorsement. The guy is the most fickle imaginable. He hates the IRA, anything not coal, oil, or gas. He hates the LPO and clean energy grants. Also anything Biden did. He is not afraid to brag about a success, regardless of if he supported, opposed, or even was aware of the existence of it before hand.
