there is zero confirmation of the loan because there hasn't been an announcement per the ASX disclosure rules --- any material market news can't be held back and so any chatter of it being a done deal is unfounded. People "ticking" things off outside the formal announcement protocol is hopeful in a similar way its been hopeful since $12 --- not a great basis on which to hold let alone buy in.
