To be honest mate, the wording in all the recent announcement had led me to believe the grant wouldn't be finalised until the engineering works had been completed in Q1 next year. This has (pleasantly) taken me by surprise.
I think if the DOE is comfortable in approving the Grant to support Riverside, there should be no on going concerns with the greenfield site - pending offtake discussions. For me that means it should only be waiting on the finalisation of the due diligence process.
