Why is this thing refusing to take off ! US $100 Million being officially granted is a big achievement , I would have expected SP to be up by at least 50 % given it is at a very low level and it doesn't take much to get the SP to $1 plus today.I don't understand this , the market (however manipulated it is ) has reacted like its just an ordinary announcement . I don't get it ?? Any thoughts .
