Good point on Stellantis, like many legacy makers are playing catch up. The major uncertainty is Trump & the IRA. Stellantis & Samsung SDI were offered loan up to 7.5B by the DoE this week which has already been queried by the incoming administration. The Korean battery makers investments in the battery belt & the 20000+ jobs look to be at a pivotal point.
