what do mean, its already traded for over a week now and it is still above the capital raise price of $0.60
if an Institutional was offloading why wouldn't they do it on day one which was already 20% above the raise
wouldn't they just dump on market, than risk lower percentage of spreading their few million shares over more than a week.
