Remirez is such a smart guy—easily capable of being a CEO or CFO of a multi-billion-dollar company. Yet, here he is, posting on HC all day, acting like NVX management are the most clueless people on earth. Maybe, just maybe, it’s not as easy as it seems.
You make it sound like management could have handled everything in a much smarter and different way, but you have no idea what’s actually going on behind the scenes. The delays caused by KORE are beyond NVX’s control—that’s just bad luck. The entire battery space looked completely different in 2020/2021; everyone was overly optimistic back then. Now, things are moving slower, macroeconomic conditions are tough, and China is flooding the market with cheap battery materials.
Given the current phase and sentiment in the battery space, it might not be so easy for NVX to raise capital at a much better price. It seems like most people on HC are only focused on the day-to-day SP, conveniently ignoring all the milestones being checked off in the meantime, despite the challenging conditions in the battery space.
