Tesla could easily raise $10-20 Billion now that they will be included in the S&P500 only diluting a few percents. Fund managers will need to buy around $60-80 Billion worth of Tesla shares and I could imagine a win-win scenario both for Tesla and the institutions if part of that would go through secondary offering CR.
And then Tesla could use this money to accelerate building their battery production capacity to the planned 2 TWh per year.
