It would be good if we can get clarification if any new shares will be issued as part of the ADRs listing.
If they are following a format similar to $EMH, then no new shares are going to be issued and any demand upon listing will be taken from the free float on the NVNXF (OTC) and NVX (ASX) listings.
That would account for the sudden volume buying. Whoever has been appointed as the book manager for the ADRs may be buying on client requests for ADRs
