There hasn't been any news post-2022, that the market reacted positively due to the lack of production. Knowing that this news is 4th quarter of 2023. It can't be good, most likely is how much they have spent. Announcement about JV are usually made randomly, not on official announcement dates. The production run is this year, this seem to be a down ramping opportunity by the NVX board to buy into more shares. Post-announcement. Mark my words.
