Regarding Novonix lead in IP for anode material. What unique skills for blends of synthetic and natural or silicon additives can Novonix monetise. Can we outsource to other AAM provides who are keen to develop other AAM products but appear to lack the know how without partners. Licence the IP, sale as a service through BTS? Formal JV?

AAM is difficult to recycle are their sustainability concerns long term.

Saudi JV when do you foresee production and is a cornerstone investor such as a sovereign public funds or is a debt arrangement preferred. Is Lucid the end customer and are we confident in their plans to scale. ESS is also a huge opportunity in Saudi please provide examples/explanation to the market characteristics present The Line, 2030, 5 Pillars etc.

OEM licensing arrangements for the cathode line. Has a new grant and loan application been made to support the cathode business.

What’s the plan for when China blockade Taiwan? Should CATL etc be banned from the US how can Novonix help fill the void.

Should Trump cancel the IRA are we working on contingencies. Can we access Korean support?

Are additional 3 way JVs an option for low capital commitment (for Novonix minor stake) with cell makers and OEMs such as Panasonic/Tesla or Samsung/GM. Please explain our leadership position clearly to the market and the value it creates.

What feedback has the DOE provided for anode loan due diligence. Are they encouraging Novonix to go big and expand output.

Are their any plans for Australian assets for natural graphite in the longer term? Even a Korean based JV would round out the portfolio nicely.

Has an offer to purchase the business in this weak market been made?

The Kore asset - any comments on its future value once in full production (our stake seems like it is very undervalued in the conservative quarterly)

Is the internal data used on AAM pricing elasticity encouraging? Will an open competitive market develop as uncommitted product hits the market once we are full steam ahead at 150k. Does the modelling showing the rush to get IRA incentives by OEMs indicate that we are able to achieve software margins on surplus product?
