the US Government wouldn't gift over 100 million dollars to a company without looking in detail beneath the bonnet
my guess is they had line of sight to additional major deals which are imminent to give them the confidence to award such an important and I dare say game changing grant to what is probably the most important company in the whole supply chain in North America... NOVONIX !!
