Great post again on the very good gas flows
Could you or others enlighten me(us) on some mathematical data for Blamore 1 (and keeping in mind of what you said)

For Example
At 223 units C1 + C2 + C3 +C4 + C5 + residual gives 25877 parts per million

Gas peak TOTAL to date is 1887 units (all values added to now)

1887 divided by 223 = 8.46 ( Multiplication factor for 86 metres of coal seam gas released! )

Hence Summarising
223 units gives 25877 ppm gas mixture
1887 units gives (25877 X 8.46) = 218919 parts cumulative gas mixture.
Lets not exaggerate BUT the number eventually will say DOUBLE or TRIPLE or..when all testing is done in the final stages.

Anyway add to this as
1) early days for amount of gas detected based on mud and retarded flows

2) also gas flow will increase as the well is cleared of drilling equipment and pressure flows increase

3)All lower layers indicated increasing gas concentrations

Then my final question is - does this now constitute that the CBM if now more probably and more viable for later development (once many more wells are drilled say next year to justify the size of the field.)

But arent we actually still also drilling for oil.
ANYWAYS looks like we have the start (with EVIDENCE) of CBM
fields opening up. These are EXCELLENT results.
