How would you expect a company like Velpic with a dismal track record of burning cash far quicker than it generates it to get a better price than 0.8c. It’s exactly what I expected they would get.
$3.14M is a very strange figure, likely all they could get because when you take $1.3/1.4M out of it you have about $1.7M left over.
Without looking in any way at the partner the only positive I can see from this is that it’s an Israeli Tech Security company. Two things the Israelis do very well and are global leaders in.
